Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled.
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in a $50 cancellation/no-show fee.
